Please respond by the end of October to this important online survey for the Government’s
‘PUBLIC PARKS INQUIRY’ which is to examine the impact of reduced local authority budgets
on these open spaces and consider concerns that their existence is under threat.
It is hoped that ‘maintaining parks and open spaces’ will be made a statutory requirement and that
Councils are then given appropriate funding.
