The committee

In early 2015 we set up a small committee of volunteers to help coordinate projects and ideas to improve the park’s facilities and surroundings. The current chair is Patricia Sauer and vice-chair is Ross Murley.

What's going on

We are currently working on improving the gym equipment and hope soon to see some new wooden pieces, once the rusty metal ones have gone. There's also ongoing work (nagging) with the Council about general maintenance, parking and gardening.

Community meeting about traffic

Come along to the rearranged community meeting about traffic issues in south Portslade. It’s on Tuesday April 24th at 7.30pm in the Scout Hall in Vale Park and is being hosted by our 2 local councilors Les Hamilton and Alan Robins.
